Ray is a retired Police Officer after 18 years of honorable and faithful service. He is also a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran. He served a tour in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
During his career in law enforcement, he worked Patrol, Community Relations, Counter-Terrorism, SRO (School Resource Officer), Police Academy Instructor, Training Officer (Rifle/Pistol Range, Report Writing, Procedural Justice, Use of Force, Civil Liabilities, and many more subjects.
Lastly, he became the use of force expert as part of the Critical Incident Review Unit (CIRU) for 4 years. Here he was responsible for investigating use of force events (both on the streets and in the jail), in custody deaths, officer present deaths, police vehicle pursuits, and officer involved shootings (OIS). During this time, he was involved with over 1,000 cases including assisting in the George Floyd case in Minneapolis, MN.
Patrick is a United States Marine Corps Combat Veteran. He also served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. This is where he and Raymond met. He also attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and studied Business Management.
He has worked in many different fields and industries including Luxury Retail, Transportation and Private Security Protection. He has excelled in Management, Leadership, and Customer Service.
